We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located townhouse. It was within easy walking distance of the beach, railway station, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The house was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the extra touches such as tea/coffee making facilities in the top bedroom and toiletries provided. The house had been updated incredibly well and the owner even left "before" pictures. The spacious kitchen diner was a highlight, as well as the comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The owner, Gilly, was responsive and provided helpful information about the area. Parking on the property was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the independent shops in the town.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Complimentary WiFi: The WiFi at this townhouse was faster than a cheetah on roller skates! I never had to wait for anything to load, and it made streaming my favorite shows a breeze. It was like having a personal internet genie granting all my digital wishes.
Parking: Limited parking spaces available.

The kitchen diner was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals. the bedrooms were all large and comfortable, with great views from the top level. the ensuite bathroom on the top level had a modern bath that was a lovely bonus. the main bathroom had a huge, efficient shower. the bedding was crisp and the beds themselves were very comfortable. the owner was responsive and provided helpful information about the area. Parking on the property was convenient, allowing for easy access to the town and the beach. There were plenty of independent shops nearby, including a farm shop with delicious fruit and a patisserie with fresh rolls and cakes. the butcher's had amazing cooked meats and pork pies for lunches.
The chairs in the kitchen were dirty and one of them had a broken back. Some areas of the paintwork needed attention.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The owners went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The informative notes left were incredibly helpful. The attention to detail in providing information about local attractions and dining options was mind-blowing. Jack Sprat's restaurant was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn't have been more ideal, just minutes away from everything we needed. The quality of the accommodation truly made our break unforgettable. We will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It catered perfectly to both kids and adults with games and a TV for late evening entertainment. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the plentiful supply of extra towels was a nice touch. The welcome package provided everything we needed and more. The kitchen was a dream, well-equipped and easy to navigate. The spacious bedrooms, especially the one on level 3 with the Velux window, provided a stunning view without sacrificing privacy. The ensuite bathroom on level 3 indulged us with a big modern bath. The main bathroom's huge and efficient shower had us in awe, along with all the other modern fittings throughout the house. Gilly, the owner, was incredibly responsive and provided us with a wealth of information about the area. Parking on the property was super convenient, as we could explore the town and beach on foot. The town itself had plenty of independent shops to explore, and we couldn't resist the delicious fruit at the farm shop and the mouth-watering pastries at the patisserie. The butchers also impressed us with their outstanding cooked meats and delectable hand-raised pork pies. our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

The bathrooms in this townhouse were incredible! There were three of them, each with a shower and a bath. It was so convenient, especially when you have a big group like ours. I could easily take a quick shower in one bathroom while someone else was enjoying a relaxing bath in another. It made getting ready in the morning a breeze!
I have to admit, there was one thing that I didn't love about the bathrooms. The showers didn't have very strong water pressure.

The property features a garden and free private parking, which was incredibly convenient considering how difficult it can be to find parking in bustling towns like Dawlish. It was a relief to have a designated parking spot waiting for us after a long day of exploring. Plus, the garden added a charming touch to the overall ambiance of the townhouse.
Noisy neighbors occasionally.
